Delay tactics not to cancel contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract since September and no body is prepared to come back to me. Everyday i get an excuse that i want to join the company knowing very well that i choose to terminate. The staff if highly unprofessional and ***********. Sick and tired of this company and unprofessionalism. Not surprised that they dont respod to complaints.
