DECIEVING CONTRACT
Signed up for a gym memebrship speacial they had for students which would be running for two months .(Oct-Nov), we came back 2weeks later after signing up to cancel the membership, having not even set foot in the gym or used their facilities or collected membership cards, they refused and demanded that we pay 50% of R7400 (R3700) which would be their expected earnings from us over 36months, we didn't want to sign up for 36months, we only wanted the special, to which we changed our minds and cancelled 2weeks later.

they did not communicate cancellation terms and conditions we asked the sales agent thoroughly multiple times if we can cancel our contracts at any time and they agreed, so we then signed under that impression, only to find that this is their way of cheating people out of their money, by tricking them to take membership and not explaining the cancellation clause. (so they make commission and blacklist people)

they have listed me with the Credit Bureau (Experia Trans Union) and threaten to blacklist me if i don't pay that amount of money and that will tarnish my credit record as i don't have that money please help me 'HELLO PETER'
