********* Agent or GYM

Now I don't care if anyone response to this or NOT, but I'm prepared to share with everyone how This Company, if not staffs is very *********, and Corny they are. The GYM Company need to get rid of this. Here's my story : Before signing, I'd pass this guys who'd approach me to sign up. At the time, wasn't interested due to my experience with previous fitness company and share this with one of the guy(Kelly). He then advised me, I have flexibility of cancelling whenever because this wasn't a binding contract and No fees would be incurred. Turns out when I need to cancel I discover none of that was actually true! Now I don't know if this is The Company practice to get more customer? To make things worse, he gave me attitude and said to me I need to go to Trevor and speak to him as this is a \New Policy"(glad I saved the conversation). I did NOT sign any new Policy(unless this was an escape plan). People"
