Debiting my account

Hello Peter. Please help me out with my account at gym company, I stopped my membership with them they're ask me to pay cancelation fees, I did that for I closed my membership with them but they still deducting my account even though I called and paid them. Because I no longer than staying around. Please help me. Thanks
