Debit order dispute

Writing this review on behalf of my sister who went to Maponya mall and was approached by one of the gym company guys in maponya mall who took her details and made her sign a contract while there was no proper explanation because even today she does not remember agreeing to joining the gym as she is unemployed and still looking for a school . She has no income therefore there is no money to pay The gym .

She says that she told the guys that she will join the gym the day she is financially stable and they still went and captured her details knowing she is not working . Now there are bouncing debit orders on her account that will affect her negatively in future

We send about 2 to 3 emails to gym company in regard to this matter and there is no response till today

Thursday 15 she went back to Maponya mall and was told to pay R150 to close the account and stop the debit orders and today Monday she went back to pay the R150 and was told a different story that she needs to pay R200 every month for three months before they can close the account . After paying the R150 that was requested.
