debit on the 7th bull****

why is my account being debited being on the 7th and nobody bothers to send me an sms and nothing was communicated to me , firstly you guys have the worst service and do not debit on the same days , if you wanted to debit for December why didnt you debit on the 20th , this is complete nonsense , the one thing you are good at is chasing us at the mall and making us sign contracts , none of these stupid terms are explained , this is nonsense , reverse my money back into my account and debit on the 20th like every other normal company .
