The service I am receiving from the Westgate branch is honestly pathetic, everything about this whole scenario it *****ulent.

I have served my 3 months notice period with them 4 months ago for down grading my package from R399 to R199, according to them because I did not cancel nor sign for the R199 package they will still continue deducting the amount of R399, but my argument is that why did I have to sign a down grading document when they are still deducting the higher amount

How is it my problem that people are not doing there job correctly?? and it is so sad how clients are misinformed and taken for granted.
