Dealing with ***** people

I would like to express my disappointment in the manner in which the Gym company has conducted business with me AND EVERYBODY ELSE WHO JOINED WITH ME. It is just unfortunate that I forgot the sales consultant's name that assisted me. I'm not sure if it was due to desperation to convert my business into a sale but the consultant gave me a R199 package which was for 12 months. I haven't been to their gym since November due to the torturing smell from fellow enthusiasts (no air-con to ease this smell). I called them to find out how much the cancellation fee would be and the person from accounts (Thando) advised that my contract was for 36 months. What I don't understand is why I was not told from inception about this. I refuse to be bul**** into this package and demand to receive an explanation as to why I was ******* into this mess of a package. I would appreciate feedback from higher management because the consultants at the Newtown branch are clueless about their job descriptions. I will take this further should no response be given.
