Day light *******!!!

Gym company just sent me a watsup text demanding payment from me after settling my account with them back in 2015, They say this money for membership fee!! Which the account was closed and handed over to the lawyers but they demanding payment . What in the hell is this?? Why should I pay for something that was settled.
