rating is actually supposed to be a zero because all they do is rob people, day light ******* where the amount owing on the account triples in a mtter of 1 week, during the month they debit however much they want from your account and will never assist you when you call in to query that you will be taken from pillar to post on the phone. Different branches will never assist they will say go to your regisered branch. I said i want to cancel my contract as I was advised it will automatically stop after 3 years but it is still continuing. The sales consultants also lie when helping you with the registration. I paid yesterday an amount that was advised to me one week ago now I find out I still have an arrears amount which has tripled after a rude worker from gym compacy called me. this type of service is not impressive. I have other priorities to take off with that money and now all my money will be going to gym compacy. Money that has been worked hard for for much better things now needs to go there. Wow. I curse and regret the day I ever signed up. After I cancel my contract I hope i never have ti deal with this company ever again. I was willing to try again but now I'm not a cash*** and can't do this anymore.
