<p>After experiencing bad service with the 2 years of my 3 year contract I decided to end the contract, bad enough I had to go to where I joined the gym. Got there and the admin lady was busy on the phone with her friends. Once she was done, I explained my reason of coming there and she said since I'm I. The last year of my contract, terminating my contract will cost me 40% of my remaining months. This is not they said when I signed up nor in the contract. I only noticed when I got home I was over charged because I have 9 months left of contract of R199 and at 40%, I should have paid R700 and something but they said I need to pay R955. I want my money back as the other amount was not explained as to what it was for. I have the receipts as proof. I just couldn't be associated with them any longer. </p>
