****** *******- bad service

I am so disappointed with their service i signed with them 2013 so obviously i kept my end of the bargain my 36 months was up long time ago i have tried calling to cancel my membership,i have e-mailed still no response i reverse my money come following month they go deduct my account again, i am not sure what else to do i have been to their branch to report still nothing.
