Contract never signed but listed

I recently app**** for a job that required one to be ITC clear. I received feedback from my potential employer to let me know that the gym company has listed me for 7k. To my suprise, never had gym membership before. Never been inside a gym and yet I owe and have been blacklisted by this company. I have never received any letters, calls or even email about me having a contract with them or owing them for that matter and yet I am listed. I am ****en angry as I have potentially lost a job cause of this ****. Worst of all the company doesn't even have a head office call center so I can call and tell them **** and you need to clear my ****en name off the ITC now. You gym idiots
