Contract Exspired

Good Morning, Gym company people are ******,My contract finished last year already but they still deducting money from my account, Every month they doule debit me for a yearly fee they charge and I'm not even going to the Gym it has been more then a year now, I have explained to them that I had a slip disc and suspended my Gym for 3 months I told the lady I wont be able to attend the gym anymore they must stop taking my money, she told me i have to pay for the 3 months i have suspended up till now they still taking my money and my contract finished last year December already, I phoned again and Michelle accounts lady told me I have to bring in a cancellation letter even thou my contract exspired, I told her I dont have transport she reverd me to the manager this manager is never there, I phoned again yesterday hes gone for a funeral,the service is really bad they dont even have a email address to send the letter to they have to stop taking my money
