Contract Cancellation

This is the worst branch, I have been trying to cancel my membership from 4 July , created 3 tickets with no luck.

They keep on referring to the GM calling me, the GM that never phones. I had the worst experience. I looks like this company does not not know Section 14 of the CPA which allows 20day notice period on month to month contracts.

Please cancel my contract, I am willing to go to the ombudsman if this is not resolved.
