Contract Cancellation

I am Miss QC Ndlovu On the 15th on May I met one of your sales reps at Newgate shopping Centre and introduced me to your Gym. On this particular day he did not explain to me how l go about cancelling the contact when l no longer need it and terms and conditions where never read to me to make matters worse l was never given a copy of my contract. On the 18th of June I then went to your gym in Bree to cancel the contract that's when l was handed my contract and l got to be explain the terms and conditions and the cancellation procedure. I am now being told that l have to pay cancellation fees of which they were never explained on the signing of the contract another thing that l discovered is that l only had 5 days from the day l signed the contract to cancel it but l was only given the contract papers after a month. I have never used any of you facilities and now I sitting with a contract l don't need due to your rep you didn't give me enough information. l want to cancel this contract without paying anything.
