Contract

I called the gym company for 2 weeks no one answers the phone cos I wanted to cancel my membership, I called the jozi branch the lady told me that she will ask someone from Randburg square to call me..The lady was so rude when I ask her her y do I need to pay the 20%she drop the line . THERES NO OTHER PLACE WHERE WE CAN REPORT IT SO IT CAN BE INVESTIGATED? THIS GYM DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN. They can't be taking people's money & getting us into contracts we don't want to be in. Their sales people Lie & say you can get out of the contract when there is no such. THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN. Please assist in resolving this problem.
