CONTEMPT OF COURT

Some how, Gym Company and Sports and Fitness are the same entity, cause Gym company are debiting my account on BEHALF of Sports and Fitness, even though I have NEVER had an agreement with Gym Company EVER. <br> Anyway! I cancelled my contract 6 years ago with sports and fitness. Gym company started debiting me sep 2014 for sports and fitness saying they dont have proof of cancellation. This is clearly ******* and i tried to sort it out on a private level, but they didnt want to admit fault. I hired a wonderful attorney who took my case to court, Court favoured me (Obviously)& sent Clive an official order to STOP debiting my account ever again. <br> A month later,& guess what? My account was debited yesterday. The amount has changed as well, from R289 to R199. So if these people feel they are so above the law, then what makes anyone think they can convince them to see the light and to show them they are committing ******* activities? <br> So more court battles coming up I guess!<br> For everyone on here complaining, please remember that Hello Peter is just a webiste, it wont solve your issues (Especially if the supplier doesnt check complaints etc) So your best bet will be to go the legal rout
