Complaint concerning Gym Company

I have a problem concerning Gym Company, I'll try to be as brief as possible. I signed a membership agreement form with Gym Company on 17/05/2018 and I was told by membership consultant whose name is Malcolm Khumalo that the first two months was gonna be free, little did I know that what he said and what was written on the membership form which I signed are two different things, nevertheless on July two debit orders were made from my bank account by Gym Company which came as a shock to me since I was told that the first two months was gonna be free and the means of payment was that it's either I go to my bank branch or to the Gym Company branch to make the payment. Upon realizing this I went to my bank branch to reverse these two debit orders and made a call to Gym Company which a certain lady who did not want to clearly say who her name was attended to my call, and I told her my problem and that I needed to cancel my membership, she then told me to leave my name and number and she will get back to me, and surprisingly she did not. On 08/08/2018 I received a whatsapp message from Thandiwe who is also from Gym Company telling me that my Gym fees are overdue and I need to pay an amount of R299, I told her my problem and that I needed to cancel my membership and she ignored my whatsapp message(blue tick). So on 20/08/2018 I decided to go to (Pty) LTd which is Gym Company Maponya Mall branch to cancel my membership and I was told that my outstanding balance due date was on 30/06/2018 and they don't know anything about the first two free months, which basically meant that Malcolm **** to me, and bear in mind that I have never even set my foot on one of their branch to gym, I was told that I needed to pay R1851 to cancel my membership and on that day I was accompanied by my friend whom also signed the membership agreement form same day as me, at the same time and with the same guy who happens to be Malcolm Khumalo, and to my surprise he was told that he needed to pay R900 to cancel his membership, and as to how they they reached these two different conclusions of cancellation fees is beyond the scope of my understanding, to this day I'm still flabbergasted and feel exploited by Gym Company.
