complaint bad service

I went to gym company to cancel the contract in 2012 because I had an injury after I was involved in an accident to my surprise this year when I checked my credit record it showed that I have a bad debt writer off which I wasn't told about they didn't bother contacting me.I paid the full amount in June this and send the prop of payment to Dinah and she promised that my name will be cleared in 7 working days,I thought it was done until august this year I app**** for tracker for my car and they declined because they said I have a bad debt written off on my name I contacted gym company again I spoke to nomsa and she asked me send the proof of payment which I did but she didn't do anything no call no reply on e-mail I decided to contact them again and she referred me to another person I send that person an e-mail with a proof of payment but the was no response then I called gym company and ask to talk to the manager(Emmanuel)told him my story and he promised to get back to me which he didn't I called them again send proof of payment to him but still I haven't had any response from him,I'm so the service sucks big time,they don't Care how this is affecting my life.
