Complaint

I had registered with flora center, Florida north, Roodepoort it’s been over a year since I have been a with gym company and paying them without a doubt even through the pandemic. Since the 11th of February 2021 I have been try to contact the flora center branch to cancel my membership and my wife’s member but with atterley disgust, no answers they phone. I have made over 50 calls trying to contact them till date. On the 11th of February I sent a mail to *** and till today no one has responded to mail mail. It seems as if gym company is money driven rather than customer focused because to my surprise today they debited my account

It’s hard times that some of us are going through, and through that we still try to do the right thing with paying cancellation fees.
