complaint

I took over the membership from my friend in october 2014 I signed the contract and they started debiting from my account on the 3rd December 2014 they were suppose to stop deducting from my friends account end of October but they didn't they still debit from both account.i called them several times about this and I even went to them nobody can assist I personally went to then still no solution then only told me they don't understand why they debiting from both accounts.my friend went to them they still couldn't assist she called as well no solution.they always make promises they can't keep.wen my friend call them they will say they we look at the account then call me and they don't call then I call them they say visa versa.on the 1st June 2015 I called again then they said will refund my friend the money that they've been debiting from her account in 3weeks still no refund.my friend called them yesterday they said they will call me before 1pm they didn't.i just spoke to Makhosi the manager he can't help me as well he hang up.
