Complain abt gym company

I join the gym 2weeks back and i started on Monday and I arrived at their told me i join the gym 2018 but i don't remember joining ir sign, and im confused but Mega city branch didn't explain to me well an if i ask for head office number they said they don't have head office number please help i need head office for gym company to call me or number
