Complain

I joined the gym on March and they promised only to deduct R200 from my account as they said first month is for free, then they started to debit my account on April and so on, but I was surprised on July they deduct R600 and I never skip a month without making any payments I went to my bank to ask who's Reference was that amount belongs to, they found out that gym company use different reference to get more money from me of which is not what we agreed on I even forced to change my banking details because of them the bank did manage to reverse that R600 so after I change my banking details I told them I want to close the account they say is for three years but when I join they did not be specific about the contract they said I can cancel anytime when I fee to cancel, but now I'm surprised that I must pay R8000 to close the account but when I open it they told me I can close it any time as long as I want to close it , now they blacklisted me.
