Cold water & dirty in the morning

I attend morning session and the water is always cold, we spent the entire winter using lukewarm or cold water to shower in the morning, not to forget how dirty the gym is in the morning.I have tried reporting the issue by sending an email and all that but nothing has changed.I am planning to cancel my membership because Gym Company is horrible and please don’t waste your money by joining you will regret.
