Closed on Public Holidays, bad hygiene and apathy of staff

A couple of things... Staff... Hygiene... Closed on Public Holidays. Some people only have time to go to the gym over weekends and public holidays. They do not notify people of when the gym will be closed. You show up, only to find that they will not open on the day. Guess which gym is open on Public Holidays - yes Virgin. They are quick to take your money, but not very quick on service. The staff members does not really know what they doing, and is hardly ever in-site. In the mornings once the gym opens, one staff member will go and have a shower, get dressed, brush teeth and do his hair...(this takes him a whole hour). When I'm ready to leave after spending an hour in the gym, he is then busy doing hair. Leaving the girl at the counter alone by herself with no "minders" on the gym floor. With regards to hygiene, they sometimes do not have hand soap, or soap in the showers for weeks. You touch so many things in the gym, that you need to wash your hands before and after gym, this "Gym Company" does not always afford their patrons that opportunity. When you ask about it, they say its been ordered... The gym times are not convenient for everyone -
