Children being bul**** at Gym company Flora center creche in the presence of their childminder.

I went to Gym company Flora Centre with my kids on the 8th January 2024 which means I need to place them at their creche. I went to collect them after training and on our way home they informed me that 3 boys bul**** them ( they hit one of my daughters and called both of them devils). When I asked them were the appointed caretaker was, they said she was on her phone and pretended not to hear or see anything, when they asked to call me she told them to stay inside and continued with her phone. I phoned the branch immediately to chat to the manager ( this was at 6pm) and they said he was out and will contact me , which he didn't. I drove to the gym in the morning on the 9th of January 2024 to report the matter to their manager Wynand Foord who was so rude , dismissed me and said he was in a meeting and will phone me after 2pm regardless of me informing him that children are not safe and are being bul****. Today is the 11th of January and I am still waiting for a call.
