CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!!!

in 2006 I joined The Gym CO in Glenvista but after I think around 3/4 months I had to have a heart operation , I was requested to bring in a Drs Letter which I did and explained the situation.apparently not in the file, how convenient. 8 Years down the line I discovered this week that The GYM Co had put a debit order on my bank account for an amount of R458.00 per month through a company called Paymate Collections. No mandate or telephone call was ever received from this company for over 7 years and now just being given the run around when requesting the documentation proving I gave permission to take off this money. a total of R4122.00 has been taken off in the last 11 months. i have spoken to a lady Yodelle who just told me she has pasted all documentaion to me which is not true and a Taine Nel just says sorry this is a month to month contract. via email so in other words you can go to gym for 7 years with out paying and then 8th year we will just make up our own amount and and *****lently take it off your bank account.
