Cheating customers

Hi I recently checked my credit record and gym company has listed me as a,default payer without any form of contacting me first or emailing me or even texting me. With an amount 2000 higher than what I actually owe. And I dnt understand how cause this not my fault gym company has my banking details so all was the monthly gym fees suddenly stopped from being debited from than without warning list me. I am seriously angry and hope this issue is resolved. As my rights as a consumer has been violated. Rebecca ***
