CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT, STILL DEBITING

During one of their campaigns at Maponya Mall, the sales agent practically forced me to sign, when i resisted he told me that i should just sign up and i can cancel it within 5days, I told him i live in Pretoria, so he said they is a branch there too. Further research showed me that they don't have a branch in PTA. I called the call center immediately to cancel, she said i should all on Monday, which i did, i cancelled, and the lady assured me it was cancelled and that she had checked on the system and my membership hadn't been activated, so she wont process the payment. A month later i realized that they had debited R300!<br> When i called in, the rude call center agent told me that they was no proof that i had called and that if i want to cancel then i must pay the remaining subscription of R1500.<br> <br> This is UNACCEPTABLE, I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMEONE'S INCOMPETENCIES. <br> They say that i must provide proof that i called, but how do you provide proof that you called. I have the call log on my phone. <br> So now i must pay R300 x 24 month, For a Gym that is 100km from me. <br>
