Cancellation process

I cancelled my membership last December, and at the time, I was informed that I needed to continue paying for three months while the cancellation was being finalized. This was clearly explained to us by Nathi from the Westgate branch when we first signed the cancellation form. Big up to him for being honest and transparent—he warned us that some people stop paying during that waiting period, which ends up affecting the cancellation process.

Last month, we followed up to check if everything was finalized, and the lady who assisted us confirmed that our memberships are no longer active.
