Cancellation of my Contract

Good day,<br> <br> I have joined the Gym Company in October 2014 in contrast of loosing weight, but it came to my attention later this year when I wanted to cancel my contract with the Gym Company due to fact that I will be leaving Johannesburg to Capetown. I have found that the agent signed me a 3 years contract without my knowledge, I also don't have a copy of it and I have found that I have to pay R3000 that is remaining if I want my contract to be cancel.<br> <br> Regards
