Cancellation of membership

I recently signed with Gym Company at Bara. To my surprise I was sighed for the R299 and o was not given more detail regarding the package. So I've been going to the Flora Centre and Bara gyms to get assistance in changing my package to the R299 deal using Flora Centre. I have not used the membership as I have been trying to resolve this mess. I have been witing for George's (manager) call for days now. I was also informed that they do not do downgrades, which I was Never informed of. What madnes is this of not allowing clients to downgrade? They miss info and mislead clients to meet monthly targets. I want this membership canceled, I would rather go back to Virgin Active. Gym company was a mistake.
