Cancellation of Cotracts

<p>My 3 year contract which I hardly ever used but paid in full has come to an end. I called into the Winchester Branch and enquired months before the time as what the requirements were to cancel the contract. I was told that I need to draw up a letter and sign it and drop it off at the branch as they require the ORIGINAL which I done. when I called in almost two months later to check if my contract was cancelled, a lady named Katherine advised that they could not find my documents yet the documents were handed to the manager Keith.</p> <p><br />I am sick and tired of having to run after these people sort out my cancellation but never had one hiccup when it came to signing up for the contract.</p> <p>I need this sorted out ASAP.</p>
