Cancellation of Contract - Gym Company Gandhi Square branch

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been trying to cancel my contract with Gym company since the 21st of October 2016. The reason I'm cancelling is because I did no like the facilities. The place is too small with bad air conditioning and ventilation, The bathrooms are filthy with random water on floor everywhere. After my first day there, I personally cannot picture myself going there again, so I opted to immediately cancel my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed and went o see them and they told me only the manager, Paddy, can assist me with cancellation. I was told to call him, for two weeks I called every single day and he was not available, they took my number several times, but no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>When he finally got back at me, some time on the third week, He was just going in circles mentioning that I have to pay a cancellation fee, but I had contacted them within five days of entering into the contract ?!? To this day I cannot confirm if my contract was cancelled.</p> <p>Your immediate assistance would be highly appreciated.</p> <p>Thank You</p>
