Cancellation & Lockdown Refund. DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM!!

I wanted to cancel my membership in October and they gave me the cancellation fee, but when I asked about the 5 months that we were in lockdown they told me that there is a refund process that I would need to follow after the cancellation has been finalised. And now that I have canceled my membership, I am told that the "refund" is going to their Gym for 5 months with no pay. What nonsense!!
