cancellation / arrears / they ***********

hi, let me say am not surprised about the treatment I have been warned before. I and my husband joined the gym 2016, later 2016 I spoke to the Braamfontein manager Bongani asking him to cancel the membership for my husband and me what I need to pay penalty they haven't done that they kept on deducting the monthly amount. i wrote an email to gym company and to the manager again for both members to cancel reason we relocated that was done. they keep on deducting until I reversed their debit order. one lady called me she was very rude demanding i should go to the branch to make a cancellation i pointed out that i have no time as i stay far from the gym. Now the gym is sending me WhatsApp messages i also stated the same story, what is so hard to terminate my husband and my membership and send us remaining balance i will not pay the arrears we did serve the month calander notice. Sies i regret the day i joined this gym.
