Cancellation

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint against Gym Company Bara. My contract has lapsed and I signed a cancellation form and the gym company in Bara refuses to cancel my contract. I am a cash premium payer and thats because the gym company messed up my account and i opted to pay by cash. I have spoken to the manager at gym company about my predicament and she just blatantly refuses to understand how frustrated I am with the terrible service I am getting at this gym company.

I have never received any pleasure from this institution and I regret signing up a contract with them. I will make sure that none of my friends and family have any contract with this institution that lacks customer service, I will make sure I spread much information about this terrible service they offer to its members on social media.

I am very much shocked at the level of disservice I have encountered, no one deserves to be subjected to this terrible gym institution. I am going to lodge a complain on hello peter to that people see these horrible reviews before they sign up contract with gym company. I am very disgusted by gym company and I regret taking up any contract.
