Canceled but not done properly. Worst gym.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I joined in 2018, I then canceled my membership as there was black mould in the drinking fountain, the toilet/changing area smelt like sewage and overall the staff was rude and unprofessional. I had canceled my membership with one of the staff, I had told him why I was canceling and he told me he would start it out. Now 4 years later I am still getting calls from them saying I owe money. Never join this gym, they are a bunch of ****** and if you do join and want to cancel just take down names of who does your cancelation otherwise you will end up in a situation like me where you've canceled but have no proof.
