Cancelation request not followed. ****mers

In April I sent a cancelation request for my membership when my contract had already expired. I was told that I need to pay the missed premium first before cancelation of which I did. They advised me that the last premium would be end April. And they deducted end April. May they still deducted again only to find out that the contract was never canceled. Now they want me to pay again to follow the same process I did in April. They are ****mers their adnin is poor.
