Cancelation Nightmare!

I sent an email of cancelation last month and didn't receive any response. Today (7/01/2025) I called Gym Company Brackenhurst 3 times to get assisted with my cancelation and they kept putting me through "the relevant department" whose line just goes flat. And when I raised this issue up, I still didn't get any assistance. And if I stop paying, they would be the first to call. Mind you I joined in Jan 2022 and never missed any payment. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to even think of signing up with them if they will make it impossible for you to cancel the membership.
