Cancelation horror.

We have been trying to cancel our contracts now for over a year as we have immigrated at the end of 2019. Still to this day we keep receiving debit orders and absolutely no assistance in this matter. They are quick to send emails to tell us we have outstanding accounts that never adds up and never respond to our emails towards them in ANY matter.
