Cancel subscription but still being debited

Appalled by the service zi received. Tried to cancel my sons subscription at the gym my son was registered at, they said it's done via their website. Done the cancellation in Feb 2025 we were told it won't be immediate have to give 3 month's notice. Cancelation would be in effect May 2025. Ticket shows as resolved however we are still being debited. We are struggling get NY assistance from the regional manager and the branch manager. Absolutely disgusted by the way they ripping people off.
