Cancel my membership immediately

Please cancel my membership. I've requested a cancelation fee over two months ago. We are not coming to the gym because of covid and I don't see a point of me paying. Furthermore when I signed up I was told it was 199 x 24 months(promotion), all of a sudden its 36 months.
