Can't resolve queries

I transferred my membership in July 2015 , the agent Thank assisted me with my transfer , but I am still receiving sms's and my account is still being debited ,I tried numerous times to get this matter resolved , I have emails send to Betty and the so called manager Trevor Towns .I went with my Proof of payment and spoke with Trevor who assured me that it has been resolved but to this day I am still getting sms's about me paying the account and the manager did see on the contract that my membership has been transwered
