Bridging of contract

My 3 year gym contract lapsed in May 2018 - YET my R100 monthly fee is still being deducted from my account - When I raised my issue with them in June & July 2018 they informed me that I needed to sign a cancellation form and that the last payment would be in Aug 2018. The telephone number on the website ********** does not work and no one response to the email I sent via the email link on the website ********** I want someone from the gym to phone me and explain as to why monthly fees are still deducted from my account and provide me with the reinsurance that they will pay me back... with interest
