blacklisted without beng aware listed on ITC

In an attempt to apply for a car...I was alerted by VW that I have been listed on ITC by the gym company. I work for a financial institution and this will stand in my way for doing anything applying and being accepted for a job or getting a home for my family I am deeply disappointed by the turn out of events. I had requested a copy of their contract till today I never got a reply I wanted to cancel the contract and I was even willing to pay the cancellation fee...because on several occasions I went to the branch in maponya it was too full I was paying for services I'm not even utilizing
