Blacklisted eventhough we paid

<p>My boyfriend and I signed up woth gym company east rand mall a few months ago, and in signing up my bf had asked if he could preferably pay cash every month instead of money being debited. Banelle the sales rep said it would be okay so long it is before the 1st of every month.</p> <p>Today when my boyfriend went to gym, they stopped him and said "you have been blacklisted as you havent been paying" we have all the reciepts of his payments every month since we started at the gym. How in the world does this even esculate to this???? And i know we arent the first to experience this. We will be taking legal action against Gym Company East Rand Mall for all their negligence towards their members and for wrongly blacklisting my boyfriend. Absolutely shocked. Needless to say we will both be closing the accounts</p>
