Blacklisted By Gym Company

I'm blacklisted by gym company on the 13th March 2015,however I have never joined or signed a contract with Gym Company. Got my credit report from Trans Union and the contact numbers are always busy can't get hold off Pauline Radebe contact person.<br> <br> I was never notified of the payments I skipped no sms or phone calls no communication,yet i'm blacklisted for something that I never signed up for. I need this sorted as its depriving me work opportunities.
