BEING LISTED FOR

My Name is Mr Gift Sebobane,I joined the Gym Company in 2012 April and I Signed a Contract for 12 months in witch I started paying from May until Dec 2012 when my Contract at work ended.Since then I have never been contacted by Gym until now that I found out that they have listed me on transunion and its said I owe an amount of 4769.00.i contacted the Gym Company and spoke to fikile who told me that I signed a contract for three years and that that's the only contract they offer as Gym is 3 years not 12 month.Am very disappointed by the Gym Company as they deceived me by telling me that the contract is for 12 months while knowing that its for three years.
